Hi,
I am contacting you regarding the bathroom cabinet fitted in my apartment at Home by Cayden, 626 Heidelberg Road, Alphington. There has been a water leak due to faulty workmanship in the fitting of the top of the cabinet. (please see report)
Report: PBE Solutions:
Upon inspection of water damage to Vanity in main bathroom.
This is due to an install issue where the cabinet installers have installed the left side wall panel as well as door panel proud of the stone vanity top.
Thus any water running over the edge would fall directly on top the these panels, over time water has managed to seep into the panels and cause swelling.
I would suggest seeing if warranty will cover the replacement of these 2 panels?
