Contacted end of 2019 to get an estimate. Sent high level estimate based on photos. Emailed multiple times to set up in home estimate – no response. Contacted 3 times via website asking if still in business in final message – no response.
Called, no answer. Just a snarky, electronic voice system telling people it is 2019 (in Feb 2020) stating “It is 2019 – people don’t use pbones” and that only emails are replied to. Um, no, they are not.
Not sure if still in business, overwhelmed, or just rude. Came recommended by some people on Next Door last year – not sure why.
