Steve, P&R Roofing did not return my call on 12/13/2024. As the original contractor for roof replacement on 9/19/2011, I would appreciate if you could come and make an assessment regarding the leakage on the north side roof corner. Substantial interior damages on the ceiling and walls are evident, and I cannot address correcting these issues until the leakage is corrected.
