Hello.
I am looking to connect with Briana (blalonde@conceptkitchens.ca) or Alex (asolorzano@conceptkitchens.ca) or whomever is responsible for the company now. We purchased a full kitchen from Concept Kitchens which was installed in July 2015, 40 Lake Drive, Huntsville, ON.
I am extremely frustrated as the kitchen sink has just separated from the counter top – something I have never seen ( nor has our house designer) in my lifetime in any home! In addition, sections of paint on almost all of our cupboards and drawers is already showing signs of wear with paint worn away and wood showing.

We had those same problems. Our kitchen was installed in 2014 and we had met with Alex and Briana numerous times as there office was only 5 miles from our house. Promise after promise failed to rectify any of our complaints and eventually we learned they closed there doors. If you ever find them please let me know as our cabinets are deteriorating before our eyes. We paid a premium price thinking we were dealing with a reputable company. However, that obviously was not the case!
