Mar-Van Industries is a full service custom cabinetry, millwork and furniture builder. In our Dublin, Pennsylvania workshop we create custom kitchens, home offices, media centres, bathroom vanities and fine furniture.
We are trying to source two (2) custom cabinet doors to match our existing kitchen cabinets. We built two closets beneath our stairs and will access them from the kitchen. We would like the doors to be “identical” to the cabinet doors in the kitchen for a consistent look. They are odd shape (trapezoidal) as they follow the rise of the stairs. We could provide dimensions (or you could come measure the openings).
We have a spare door that could be used as a sample. We imagine a custom router bit would be used to match the profile of the existing kitchen cabinet doors. Is this something that you could fabricate? We live nearby in Chalfont. We don’t need installation. Please let us know.
