Need some kitchen love, cabinet boxes are good, the interiors have no guts, no drawers, no shelves, just wide open, 2 lazy susans in the corners. (DIY from previous owner.) Need new countertops, prob flooring, new vent hood, lighting update. An array of “fixes”. House is @ 3793 Grimes Flournoy rd. (off 844). You can see pics on-line from the sale.
