Hey Jim —
Hope you have been doing well .
I lost your phone number in a tragic cell-phone apocalypse .
I have a small specialty job for someone of appropriate skill
and proper moral principles to take on . It is a wood flooring
installation , using large ( 4 ft. X 4 ft. ) squares of sealed O.S.B.
(oriented strand board ) , which will be attached to each other
( using the requisite care and appropriate panache ) by means
of a pattern of exposed surface-mounted flat metal bracket plates .
This might be a two day job ( if you agree ) , and it comprises
about 500 sq. ft. of floor area . It needs to be done sometime
next week , preferably early in the week .

I have attached a drawing which hopefully gives you the basics ,
and which may or may not generate inspiration or derision .
You will have to judge………..
