Coggins Brothers helped us when Elkstone did our basement in 2012. We were very pleased. You told us then that when we needed any more cabinets to let you know. We need you now. We will be doing our master bath and are ready to select cabinetry for the vanity.
How far out are you time wise for a master vanity?
This company is very dishonest. They sold us our kitchen cabinets and we ordered just a plane wood hood for our stove. When the bill came we said we only ordered a hood not the whole exhaust system which they new we had already purchased from Wolf. The estimate was for $4500.00 When we said no way to that price just for the hood they said don’t worry we will make the adjustment afterward but you need to pay now for your cabinets or it will take allot longer and we will mess up our scheduling and we will lose or 20% discount for paying cash ahead of time.
You know the whole sales act stuff people pull but we thought since they were local and lived in our neighborhood we could trust them. The hood and full blower system arrived together which is the $4500.00 assembly and while construction was going on they came into our garage with out permission and took the blower assembly as to cover up there mistake and then told us the price for just the hood was $4500.00. They flat out lied and we gave them every chance to make good on this but they are too dishonest to do the right thing. We could have received a copper with gold lace hood for that. Don’t trust these people they are not good or honest. We spent a total of $44000.00 with them and even that did not matter to them.
