John, this is Tim Ayres. Leigh Ann and I live @3878 Vermont Road. You did work for our neighbors, Kevin & Nancy Race and a small cabinet project in our playroom about 15 years ago. We have a house in Big Canoe that had a custom double sink vanity. This past winter we had a waterline break that flooded the bathroom and severely damaged the vanity. We are trying to replace the vanity with virtually the a same quality and design. It’s 72″ long and approx 28″ deep and is made of black walnut I believe. The top is ceramic tile, that is laid on 3/4 plywood & 1/4″ hardboard.
I realize this is a very small job, that doesn’t justify travel to Big Canoe, so I have a tile person that can replicate the tile on site as well as the resources to install the cabinet. (Not complicated install since it fits in a corner with only two sides fully exposed.) I also have the damaged vanity and top on a trailer that I can bring by for you to measure and take pictures of if you are interested.
If you can manufacture the cabinet and just top it with plywood, I will pick it up and take it to Big Canoe to be installed and topped with tile.
