Lee’s Kitchen is the WORST company to deal with. Clearly they are all about money and not about relationships. They seemed to have been burned in the past by people, so are not flexible and unwilling to work with customers. They require certified check on-site as remaining payment. Long story short I sent them a check in the mail as deposit and needed my job done ASAP, as I flip houses and have been doing this for years. I rescheduled my delivery calling thinking I can have it done in the next day or so after (which was also a two week wait for them to assemble everything at their location that I did wait out), but no now a whole week later on top of that. Then, she calls to tell me she has an earlier opening but cannot deliver them earlier even though I would be there with certified check in hand as is their non-convenient process because she has not yet received the check in the first check in the mail as the deposit yet which she requested me to trust her not to cash it and have me just show up with full amount in certified check on-site. I’ve NEVER dealt with a company like this, it’s always invoiced and paid after as is business, but with them, no conveniencing the customer with delivery unless they have their money immediately in hand.
Then, I said fine we’ll keep the Monday delivery as a delay, but will not be ordering the counter top from them (wasn’t placed yet) but I’ll be there on-site with certified check balance for cabinets since you’ll already have the deposit check by then and I received an email saying they are cancelling my order after my check was already sent to them and me waiting now almost 4 weeks as a delay on my project when I could have had someone else do this and now need to start over!! This doesn’t sit well with me and creating any relationship with them moving forward. My intention was to use them for all of my flips, after this, I will make sure to let everyone in the industry know how bad their service is. To also top it off, they send a guy who can’t even speak English to take measurements. My contractor basically did the plans for them. Stay away!
